The Leadership Development Centre has over the last couple of years trained a large number of ex-military personnel. Close Protection Operations within The Private Security Sector quite often seems to be the obvious choice for many personnel leaving The Millitary.
However Trainer Training for different industry sectors also create many career development opportunities, dependendant upon an individuals specialism in the military.
We are now in a position to offer career pathways to help ex-military personnel gain Teaching and Training qualifications to deliver Training in Security, First Aid, Transport & Logistics, Sports Coaching & Gym Instruction.

The ELC Scheme is an initiative to promote Lifelong Learning amongst members of the Armed Forces, Elcas provides financial support for personnel leaving or having recently left The Military, that can be used to pay for training packages with LDC.
