Under the Private Security Industry Act 2001, all workers in specific parts of the private security sector need a licence. However, before they can apply for the licence, they need a recognised qualification. Upon completion of our nationally recognised Security Apprenticeship, which has been endorsed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), learners will be able to apply for their licence, giving them more reasons to be motivated for success. |
Full Details
Providing Security Services Apprenticeship
- Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Award in Security Guarding (QCF), BTEC Level2 Award CCTV(PSS) or BTEC Level 2 Award in Door Supervision
- NVQ Level 2 in Providing Security Services and NVQ Level 2 in Event & Spectator Safety
- Application of Number key skill at Level 1
- Communication key skill at Level 1
- Information Technology key skill at Level 1
